RETURNS

 

All items returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after date of invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC within this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by telephone, fax or by email. RA # must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be
unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

 

REFUNDS


A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company checks or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC do not constitute a refund or credit. SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 25% restocking fee.

 

CANCELLATIONS


Any order which is cancelled with SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15%.

 

WARRANTY


All products sold by SOUTHEAST CLUTCH LLC are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.  All warranty claims must be made through Southeast Clutch LLC prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact Southeast Clutch LLC via phone or email to begin the warranty / defective claim process. A Ticket number will be issued of the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product Southeast Clutch LLC will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, Southeast Clutch LLC will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges.

Any labor, installation, transportation and other costs cannot and will not be refunded or compensated.
